• HUGO PEEL MCInstM MIPR Managing Partner
  Hugo looks after the strategic interests of the clients, sharing more than 40 years of top-end communications' experience. Formerly, he was a director at Land Securities PLC, Edelman PR Worldwide and ABS Communications, the business he founded in 1986. He has been a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, Humberts, Knight Frank and Carlton plc, starting his career in advertising at CDP after Business School.
  
  He is a Kent Ambassador and holds several non-executive directorships in the marine industry, property, transport and recruitment sectors - including Professional-Connections, the property executive search company founded in 1988. More recently he was a founding partner of RSTCPEEL.

• EDWARD PEEL Partner
  Edward is the day-to-day contact for the clients. He was formerly at Indigo (based in Scotland) working on political and community relations, environmental and both residential and commercial property accounts, and professional sector communications.
  
  Previous to that, he was with Mantra PR, in London, handling financial, corporate, media and academic accounts after working with The Writer for three years. He has also worked in PR for global utilities group Vivendi, Edelman PR Worldwide, and fashion/lifestyle agency Mary Lally Associates.

The Advisory Board is Peel&Co's in-house "Brains' Trust" - a resource of seasoned marketing, advertising branding and PR counsellors, practising at top level on UK and international business. They bring a valuable resource to every client's communications needs and solutions to their marketing and media challenges.

• BABA HOBART
  Baba Hobart is an independent PR consultant and currently chairman of Parker Hobart. Established over 30 years ago, she has built its reputation on the knowledge and understanding of consumer audiences within the design, architectural/building and lifestyle sectors, working with both national and international brands Many clients began as small concerns, and are now today's leading names. She is best known for her strategic planning of brand interests and her contacts.

• MARY LALLY
  After eight years working for one of the UK's top retailers, The Burton Group (now Arcadia), Mary Lally set up her own public relations consultancy in 1992. Since then, she has successfully served consumer, trade and corporate public relations for clients ranging from large multi-nationals to small independents. With particular expertise in fashion, retail, motoring and property, clients have included The Ford Motor Company, The Mailbox, Safilo, Longchamp, Enterprise Ireland, the OECD and Lend Lease UK.

• ROBERT BALLIN
  Robert Ballin is an independent marketing and communications consultant. His career in marketing and advertising has focussed on building and maintaining brands, many of which are market leaders today. After five years at Shell, his clients included Associated Newspapers, Distillers, Florida Citrus, L'Oreal, London Transport and Unilever. He was International Director for the FCB advertising agency in Brussels and subsequently Deputy Chairman in London, Chairman of FCB Direct and Chairman of FCB Telemarketing.
